For over 25 years, I’ve also served as a police officer — a profession closely tied to fitness and physical preparedness. Physical activity has always been a part of my life, and I belong to a strong, active police community.

Since 2016, I’ve been training individuals and groups. I completed an additional 1.5-year qualification program and became a certified physical activity and fitness specialist. My ongoing commitment to learning, exploring, and sharing knowledge has brought together a community of people who trust me and are inspired to live healthier, more active lives. Motivated by a fellow graphic designer and companion in this journey, I created the STILL FIT platform — a space offering high-quality fitness products and services designed by top professionals in their fields.

Here, you can assess your physical condition and choose training programs tailored to your needs. You can also book online consultations or coaching, or purchase in-person personal training sessions. Browse our most popular and loved workouts, and train anytime, anywhere — solo or with friends. Even when you're away from your gym or on vacation, your workouts don't have to stop.
